Q: Do you do wholesale orders, collaborations, or commissions?
Yes. Please email me to discuss pricing and availability.
Q: Where is my package, how do I track it?
-You should have immediately received an order confirmation receipt sent to your email used at checkout. A second email that includes your parcel tracking number will be sent to that same email once your order has been packaged. If you have not received either of these emails, be sure to check your spam folder.
-Sticker orders do not have tracking numbers, as they are sent out in a standard envelope. This only applies to orders with stickers or lightweight orders under 1oz.
Q: I have not received my order within 10 days since it shipped, what do I do?
- Please send us an email with your order confirmation number, first and last name.
- International orders can sometimes take longer than 10 days due to customs.
Q: How has Covid-19 impacted shipping?
- We are operating at normal capacity, though USPS has reported nation wide delays due to the pandemic overwhelming the postal system. We will get your package to the post office typically within the first 48 hours of your purchase, and have not experienced any major delays personally with our business. That being said, please allow for some wiggle room if your package is taking longer than expected.
Q: How do returns, exchanges and refunds work?
- Due to the nature of the pandemic, we are currently not accepting any of these. These are typically decided on a case by case basis, so please email us and we can discuss this further.
